Fancy walnut stock blanks

How would one have these made into a stock? Do you send into a smith to cut and sand down to fit?

My intention was to have them carved on a pattern carver / duplicator to 90 percent finished and then finish the fitting and finishing myself. There are people who will do the whole job but I have never looked into it. Maybe someone here could recommend a stock fitter / Smith.

What gun were they intended for I have an 1893 marlin they might look pretty on.

I was going to put them on a 1886 Winchester with a pistol grip. I paid 300 for them about 4 or 5 years ago. I would love to see them finished.
