Ever seen one of these before?

I came across this a while back while going through some reloading gear I had acquired from an old acquaintance who moved away. I took some time and cleaned it up just because it was unique. I wanted to share it just in case anyone knows about this little guy. All I know is it says it is a .45 on the barrel. I have no real plans to use i t but it would be nice to know more about it.

I have the exact same one I acquired a few months ago. Bought a couple long guns from a relative and they threw it in on the deal. Sorry don't know much about it. Would you like to buy another?
