This is an interesting bill, don't know where I stand on it as now, but there seems to be some good that could come of it, if it goes through

Probably not too far considering there's a giant ---------- (term removed due to the step up in Randy's enforcement of profanity) in the senate that owns an elk ranch.

Seems like a better bill than the last few involving elk ranches proposed in th past few years that called for less or no regulation and testing. I'd be happy to see them go away completely, but thats probably a dream at best.
