Deer Egg Rolls

Took a pound of whitetail doe burger and slow simmered it with a jar of Gochujang sauce, added a couple cups veg (broccoli, carrot, celery) diced finally and rolled the mixture into egg rolls. Baked. Served on a bed of spinach with sweet chili/pomegranate sauce.
