Went coon hunting last night for the first time. It was a well rounded night. Treed soom coon. Got skunked, by a skunk. All in all had a good time.

I like coon hunting because you almost always can get some action
....Bear hunting can be slow sometimes
Im getting ready to put my 11 month old on her first bear track next week....Im anxious to see how she does.

I hunted quite a bit last week.I treed 4 wends. night,2 thurs. night,and 2 fri. night.The kittens are really starting to move now.
My female now has one win towards Grand nite champion.She won her cast last Sat. night but didn't place.
My 3 year old male is doing good,but my 2 year old is really impressing me right now.
You gotta love them hounds!!!!

Coon hunting you can do all year in CA. We do not have a training season for bear here. You can leagaly chase bear during the season only.
