Starting to plan a DIY mule deer hunt i have family that has a place not to far from unit 44 so that is making me look that way first. I have done a decent amount of research on that unit it has kicked out some big bucks but everything i have read is later rifle season stuff. I am looking at doing an early season archery hunt could draw next year possibly. Anyone have any archery experience in that unit?
