Colorado Preference Point Exemption - Save $150!

As I worked through my Colorado application this year, I noticed that "lifetime" license holders are exempt from the $50 preference point fee. Can you save the $50 for the Big Three species if you have the Lifetime Habitat Stamp? Or is CPW referring to a different "lifetime" license of which I am unaware? Thanks!

I believe that is referring to the lifetime combo license available to veteran residents who have 60% disability or are Purple Heart recipients.

As the lifetime habitat stamp is not a license, I’d be shocked (but happy) if that counted.
