Key Dates:

2018 - 2.5-3X bump in MSG apps. Because, 2018 was first year of no tag money up front.
2019; 30-40% DECREASE in apps when the $50 Res/$100 NR MSG point fees started.

VERY Slick move by CPW to give everyone that free point/year for MSG in 2018. Then, when $50/$100 started that very next year (2019), it was hard for many of those guys to stop buying points as they were already 1/3 of the way to the 3+0 floor.

Might have just been CPW incompetence but it looks smart now seeing how many guys kept going 2019+ after that free MSG point year.
