I was reading through the Montana hunting regulations and I seen where Mule Deer can be hunted past the normal Nov 15 date until the last day of the season in the Missouri River breaks. It didn't say anything about the Charlie Russell Monument being excluded. Is this the first year this has happened, and has the deer herd improved that much along the Missouri River Breaks? I thought it might have been a mistake in print or I'm missing something.

Check the CMR Hunting Regulations. For the last several years the last couple weeks have been shut down on the north side of the lake and it looks like they've added 410 and 417 and left 700 alone.

The CMR has it's own regulations.
