butcher in Billings?

I have been asked by several people where to get an animal butchered in Billings? They are looking for some place very neat and particular with their meat. I butcher my own, except get the scraps ground at a shop for hamburger, so I couldn't tell them any first hand. So I don't know of any reputable place. Just thought I would see what my fellow hunt talk peeps suggest. I know a couple do not want to butcher it themselves for a couple of reasons, so that is not an option.

Aside from 4th ave. meats I am not really sure. Most other places I know of are small operations and only take so many a year and are already pretty much booked or only do it for friends as they like to hunt also and hate working 14 hour days cutting butchering anymore. I know if I had the chance I would have Jerry and Jim Simons (Laurel area) do it but I do believe they may already be booked up.

Project Meats. They are the best in my experience, and the only place I'd take my game in Billings. They were only in Huntley, but have now opened a "Ranch House" store on Grand Ave. in Billings. I see they are so busy that they are only taking boneless trim for processing though.
