Has anybody use the primos or cabelas bow hunting vest. I have thinking about it but cant make up my mind. I would just like to know if anybody has used it and if so what do you think of it.
I looked at the Primos vest, but for what I want, the pockets were in the wrong places.
If you like the design, pocket placement ect. I think it would be very handy.
The #1 thing I want is an upper left chest pocket, for my rangefinder. The rangefinder is on a lanyard around my neck, resting in the upper left chest pocket. Quick and handy to reach across with my right hand while my bow is in my left, range my target, drop the rangefinder and draw the bow .
Both of these vests have tons of pockets, just not the pocket I want.
A-con, maybe you could take the vest to your local seamstress and she'd set you up with an extra pocket. My wife has made a few alterations to my gear that worked out well.
