Blaze Orange

Just a hat for me. I find he vest is a pain, gets caught/twisted, and if I’m stripping layers I have to remember to put it back in!

I've got an orange/camo baseball cap and that's all I wear in Wyoming. I usually hunt weekdays, so the Orange Army isn't out in full force shooting up the place. Besides, I've been shot twice and it's not all that bad :W:

That was kind of my thought was sky lining an orange hat over a ridge vs. the area of a full vest for a tall guy. That's my ultimate debate. Thanks for the thoughts guys. Interesting consideration.

I've asked myself the same question, but since the weather can go from hot to freezing and back again in the same day, I change layers too often. Consequently I have used a hat both times I hunted in WY.

hat or beanie worked best for me. Didn't have to mess with a vest when taking off or putting layers back on.
