Going black bear hunting up near Salmon Idaho Unit 28. Nov-15 to Nov-30 Just wondering if anybody has had any experience hunting up there. And is it worth hunting higher or lower or what's the best approach to take.

Realistically you’re not going to have much of a chance seeing black bears after October. I can count on one hand the number of black bears I’ve seen after the third week of October.
