Have a new unfired by me only factory test fired. Ptac 5.56 nato 1/7twist 16" carbine upper complete with bolt carrier group(F/A) and charging handle. Will include one 30rd mag. if legal in your area. Mount on your complete lower, add rear sight or optics and full magazine and shoot. It has a few marks from safe storage.
