Anyone have experience clearing snow with a tracked skid steer?

I’m considering upgrading my skid steer with tires to one with tracks. I’m a builder and the tracked version is much more useful for grading and dirt work. My concern is that I also use it with my snowblower. I have a steep driveway. Would the tracked machine spin out? Would it have as much traction as my wheeled machine with tire chains.
good luck if you have to ask

You will definitely lose traction with regular tracks on a steep incline compared to your chained tires. I run a tracked machine and found that changing out the front attachment helped me push snow a lot more efficiently. I swapped my setup for a skid steer snow plow attachment from FYREBX to cleanly roll the snow away.

It takes way less effort from the machine so you don't spin out as much.

We use them a ton on commercial snow removal contracts here in Montana. We just keep and extra set of tracks for winter with carbide tips we installed. Zero issue.
