Any thoughts on Steiner scopes?

Has anyone got experience with a Steiner M5Xi or T7Xi series scopes? Who Carries them? Clarity?

They’re alpha scopes in every way possible. But they’re big and heavy. I had a 3-15x50 M5xi for a while and if you’re okay with carrying a +2 pound scope there’s not much better out there.

Steiner, much like Nightforce, Schmidt & Bender, US Optics, is a tier one optic.
Really hard to go wrong with one!
Only 2 shops in 50 mile radius have them.
I haven't even asked to look through one.
1) i know it's out of my price range.
2) i'd somehow manage to drop it and be on the hook for it.

If you do get one, please do a review on it!

Yeah, I got introduced to them in the army with their 7X50 military binoculars. I’m looking at a set of 10x50 military to keep the reticle.
