My main stash of once or 2nd or 3rd.... fired 300wsm brass us the nickle plated stuff. Anyone anneal it? Anything different than brass?

Years ago I read on the Long Range Hunting Forum that it won't work. The nickel will get harder while over heating the brass causing the nickel to flake off. They then proceeded to link back to a couple articles suggesting 3 or 4 loadings is all you get...I took their word for it and bought standard brass for my 300WSM (which is basically unobtainium now)

I have no idea if it will work but I can't see why you can't test a couple

The flaking off was my concern. I guess I will just keep sizing until neck tension gets low or they crack.
