Deer scat - smaller, tart, somewhat acidic with flavor of anise / locorice.



Elk scat - larger, somewhat oval, smoother, creamier with flavor of malted milk balls. Try them; taste them. You'll "thank" me later!



Black Bear Butt Berries - autumn mushy, seedy



Where are they? They've got to be around here somewhere!
