After a Successful archery alligator hunt in Central Florida, I'm cooking up some of the gator meat.

I made a mixture of buttermilk and eggs and soaked the gator meat over night.

I used Shore lunch breading to coat the meat.

I fried the gator meat in peanut oil.

Looks good! I cooked a big pot of sauce piquant from some of my gator meat last night. Still haven’t gotten around to frying any of it yet but need to soon.
