my grandpa used to have a winchester 92 chambered in 218 bee. l remember that it was a pretty fun gun to shoot, albeit l was about 14 at the time so any lever gun was fun to shoot. does anyone still shoot this little round...

Not sure the model but a buddy of mine brought a Winchester lever gun in .218 Bee to my bachelor party range day. Was very fun to shoot. If I’d have known it was coming, I’d have bought some more ammo for it to really play with it.

My dad has one in the gun cabinet. Supposedly some issue with the chamber so we never shot it as kids. Keep talking about getting it to a gunsmith.

My uncle was a wildcat nut. Talked my dad into a 218 Mashburn Bee.
He used it for fall turkey hunting for many years.

I was offered a Ruger model 1 in 218 bee a couple years ago. I didn't go for it because of the style of the rifle. I now regret that choice.
