Here is one for ya guys,

I pulled the knob to engage the rear diff lock( stopped and foot off the gas) while on some ice in 2 wheel drive. Well both rear wheels decide to start turning without my foot on the gas???.

This is the second time it’s done this. I know I can put it in 4 wheel drive but I am trying to figure out the capabilities of the truck in 2 wheel drive.

I disengaged the rear lock and put it in 4 high with no issues.

Any ideas?

Thanks guys, I went back out and played around some more and figured out that once I stepped on the gas the tires would continue because of residual torque maybe??

I recently put new tires and moved to Idaho so I am playing in different situations...better to find out what the truck can do under controlled circumstances if you know what I mean..😁
