Its probably a time to give an update and share my story so far... I drove up Wednesday before the opener, shot my rifle at the Cody shooting complex (very nice facility with friendly/helpful people) and crashed for the evening. The rifle shot ok at 100 yards, not as good as I'd want but ok... -

Man that’s awesome! Congratulations on being successful in the woods and with a great wife! I’ve drug mine along on sheep hunts, goat hunts, elk and mule deer hunts. They all made for great memories. -

I have only used one rifle for my adult life and it’s a Browning A-bolt 7mm Remington magnum that I bought used from a good friend that has since passed away.
