    We are very picky on how our venison burger is so it is usually very lean and trimmed of any tissue. I will add 15% beef fat and package in 1lb packs.     Welcome abroad! Sounds like you have great all around experience. I'm finally getting around to hunt mule deer in Colorado. I've had great success in MT and SD as well as my home state of ND. Any insight for unit 11/211 would really be appreciated!
