Reloader 26 and the 270 Win
Reloder 25 is just a hair faster than W785 on the burn chart I have. Re25 is listed 180 and W785 is 182. My rifle shoots 140 gn Hornady .277 BTSP by far better than any other bullet I tried. Techs at Alliant say they have no data for that bullet powder combination in 270 Win. So looking for some...- odette

My dad brought his 1903 Springfield back from WW2. He called it "Buddy". He took it out of the attic and sporterized it in early 1960's. Reloader 26 and the 270 Win
I have been loading W785 in my 270 Win for several yrs. Shooting 140 gn Hornady BTSP and groups that could be covered with a quarter at 200 yds. The rifle hates 4350, 4831, 414, and 760 among a few others that I have tried. W785 was discontinued around 1983 and is listed 182 on a burn rate...- odette
