From what I've read over on tacomaworld.com was when the Gen 3's first came out in 2016 the shifting problems were attributed to incorrect tranny fluid level from the factory. Also, a TSB re-flash for the tranny cured most/all of the shifting problems of the Gen 3's.

What I was referring to and I thought I make it clear enough in my post was to pull off the road (drive off the road) and set-up camp, be it a wall tent, RV, etc. Not a hike in tent site.

The newest thing I've added to my list is some cheap menards solar lights. I place them near the entrance by any guy line stakes for those nature trips outside during the night so you don't trip over them.
I realize this is an old thread but has anyone tried using a Slogun rifle sling? I have one and it does NOT fall off your shoulder. And with the double strap and you can carry your rifle across both shoulders.
