That's been my thinking. There was a printed page from their website in the shooting bag that accompanied the rifle. There's a serial number hidden on the bottom flat. I'll have to call them up and see if they have a record of it.

54 caliber, 34.5" Getz barrel 1 1/8" across the flats.
Even has the historically correct deep rifling, 7 lands and grooves with a 1:48" twist.
My experience is limited to the smaller bodied deer here in central CA, but I've found the Barnes factory ammo 120 grain TTSX in my 7-08 to perform wonderfully. They've been hell on pigs too.
