Lots of hiking but we hunted that unit last year and were 6 for 6. OnX maps are important because there are fences that are in fields that would make it look private when it’s not. Idaho Wyoming allows for ranchers to use neighboring state land for their cattle to graze.
We hunted 102 last year. We had 2 groups with 6 people total. We all harvested bucks. Access points suck. But if you are willing to make the hike in you will have plenty of options to harvest. This was all of our first time out west. Happy to answer any questions you have.
