I bought a used 30-06 boat paddle around 10 years ago for $450.00. It has since been turned into a 35 Whelen with an addition of a nice recoil pad like the one in the pic above. Probably not worth much now but I always wanted a 35 Whelen and didn't need 3 different 30-06's in the safe.
I had a young Whitetail buck my Dad harvested & a Cow elk I harvested tested and both were not detected for CWD. Took about 4 weeks for the results.
The office in Lewiston is worth a look just for the taxidermy.
This reminds me when I sold a bunch of precious metal & sent it by

I leave mine loaded all season which is around 18 days or so. I always check that the bullet has not moved before going into the field. Has always fired on the last day for me if I don't have any luck and have to put it back in the safe.
So far I am on my 3rd day away from work. The shop I work at got hit pretty hard during last week & they even closed up for a day and a half. Everyone from last week is on the mend but had different symptoms. I felt good until Wednesday after work and by the time I got home I was getting very...
I would be open to trades of most any .30 cal bullets to feed most rifles I have or some .224 64 grain nosler solid base bullets.
12-20 added a few more items:
Once fired factory new brass:

23 Hornady headstamp .270
23 Winchester headstamp...
I often find whitetail antlers during this local late archery season that goes until the 20th.
Neighbor down the road harvested one of his nicer bucks this year and while he was messing around loading him up one side popped off.(good thing he is a taxidermist)
