Pheasant Hunting Without Pheasants
Nothing wasted on a walk about with dogs in the outdoors and not smelling gunpowder. Still a great day and I have experienced a few similar. Nice shotgun.- HFW

Doe killers?!!?
The area we hunt is a borderline CWD zone so special licenses for does are readily available for control of herd size. Also our rancher friends want the numbers brought down. So yes does are on the hit list and taste very good. -

Flock Shooting, Does It Work?

Last Public Land Hunt for the year

Playing in the snow

First time pheasant hunt, but definitely not the last
Nice - great to see the whole family out. Great family picture. I understand what you say on big game -- it is like a constant itch. Luckily we have an overlap season in the south part of the province so this past week harvest a deer and a couple of pheasants. I hope to do the same again...- HFW

Melanistic pheasant

Best Muzzleloader Bullet for Bull Elk?
I have taken 7 moose, 2 caribou and 2 elk with either a Barnes 250 or 290 T-EZ over 100 grains of 777. Very accurate load from my TC Pro Hunter. Majority of shots have been 80 to 150 yds with only one moose at 200. -
