Wyoming Unit 113
Looking at putting in for this unit in 2024 - we have access to private land. However, I read on another forum this population got hit with bluetongue and like 80% died. Anyone have any intel on this or population status for this area?- Kwmountainman

What tent to buy
Agreed. Most tents with stove, wood, gear etc.. you're not going to fit the amount of people they say it can. I have SO redcliff and its a tight fit with 3 with gear, stove, and wood.- Kwmountainman

WY Deer?
Hunted WY this year and talked to a game warden. He said all his outfitter contacts that scouted this summer and hunted in G where they typically turn up numerous shooters saw basins that were void of deer. I would wait to put in.- Kwmountainman

I hunted WY H this year and it was tough. Definitely hold your WY points for several years to hunt the high country. Reports were dismal.- Kwmountainman

I'd hunt the rut. Look over all available options, their hunt statistics, narrow it down and make some calls to the biologist in those regions. Heck, I'd even pop for a membership to epic outdoors and pick their brain on best area to burn your points.- Kwmountainman
