CO 161 Independence Mountain 1st rifle
161 is an OTC archery unit that gets a lot of pressure. My experience is that the majority of elk are low on the private land or up high in the wilderness area. You may be able to find elk on Independence Mnt during 1st rifle but I'd be looking to get away from the bulk of the pressure.- RedCanyonKelley
