Traveling across country i would also just have all hunting days and as many as you can. i did that later in the season last year and basically considered the first five days "scouting with my rifle" for deer and elk until i found some on the sixth day.... -

What's on the smoker today?
It was pretty tasty, very much like regular ham! I used a boned out piece and then rolled and tied it, most use an entire hind i believe but used what i had... i used a combo of brine/cure ingredients of recipes i found online, brined for 6 days flipping each day ( i will inject next time as...- Edgar6

Family backpacking tent
Is there anywhere to actually see the SO hot tents set up in person? i have been trying to decided for a while and would really like to see/go in each set up, see with and without stove, etc.... from not finding much so i am guessing no but figured someone here may know better (also in MN not...- Edgar6
