    I rebarrelled a Rem 700 to the Ackley Improved version. It has been on exactly two elk hunts and was super effective including this years cow!!.......250 Partitions @ 2550 hit like a freight train inside 200 yds!!

    I am the luckiest guy around. I drew the coveted Whitehorse #1 w/ only 8 PP!......I have had this tag twice (76 as a teenager and 96) I took a buck both times but oh my how things have changed. I am retired, have a bit of money in my pocket and lots of time to scout (currently 7 wks out!)...
