150gr. Nosler E-tip would be a great bullet if you want a mono. 165gr. or 180gr. Accubond would be fantastic as well. 165gr. or 180gr. Partition would also work very well. As someone once said a Partition is never a mistake.- 6mm Remington

Double-tapping with a .243 vs one shot with 30-06?
My son has used the 90gr. Nosler E-tip in his 6mm Remington which is a Ruger MKII with a 22" barrel with great success. He has taken if I remember correctly 3 antelope with one shot each. Best Bullett for 7mm Rem Mag
My father shot nothing but 160 gr. Partitions in his Post 64 Model 70 Winchester from coyotes, antelope, deer, and elk. That's a great bullet in the 7mm Remington magnum. The 160 gr. Is the 300 WSM still a viable choice of caliber?

Ruger Predator 25-06 finished
