    You said you weren't considering GM, but I absolutely LOVE my 2025 AT4XHD 3/4 gasser. I also only tow 15% of the time so I dont need all the upfront cost and maintenance of a diesel. My mileage SUCKS but those massaging seats and stock lift are soooo nice.

    Yeah, getting the spring turkey tag kinda scratches that itch to be able to "draw" or get a tag during application season. It's also a great breakup to the late winter early spring doldrums to be able to take a 3-4 day hunting trip somewhere out of state.

    They seem to be using the same/similar queue system as Idaho did the last few years. Yet they are only going through about 30-40 spots in line per minute. At this rate it's going to take hours to get through the line. 10,000 total tags. I started at spot 3,750. We are only down to 3,540...

    Not my picture, but a buddy who fit 2 deer in his. You don't need to have it on a stand that high. I use my turkey fryer burner for the exact same size pan.

    I've found using the 'Hotel Pans' is also a fairly inexpensive alternative to the turkey boiler. I did my pronghorn in them and it worked out pretty well. Just get one big enough and deep enough for elk if you need it that big.

The year before Idaho put the elk tags on a queue, my buddies bought their tags in...

    I was entering my cc info at 8:04. By the time I clicked pay now at 8:08 it was on a waitlist. Crazy it went quicker. When I hit refresh at 8:01, the website said there were around 700ish tags left.

    OTC archery tags in AZ sold out in about 8 minutes. There must be 200" bucks around every corner and tree down there! I was planning to try to fill a lull in January so I snagged one. But it looks like I almost missed my window by walking to fill up my coffee at 8:01.

    I'm still salty about Hinch pulling a potential (I realize probably not) b-2-b Cy Young winner out early just to give it to one of the worst bullpens in the AL.
