I personally shoot .270 or .300 wetherby. Obivously .300 really gets the job done! But the .270 shoots so flat is a great gun but I've had to shoot all my elk twice with the .270 and the .300 is a one hitter quitter. I drew a november rifle elk hunt in unit 5b AZ. I've done some scouting and helped out a buddy in 5B north during his archery hunt and was quite impressed with what I saw.
