I agree with you, I'm probably not going to shoot a rag horn on the first day. But I won't pass up a nice bull waiting for a bigger one. Trying not to get caught up in the hype of the area, with everyone saying I'll see all sorts of Elk. I've got my plan and hope to stick with it even though... -

I drew a tag after applying for 12 years, have talked to the CDOW and Forest folks, but was wondering if anyone had any advice on the unit. I have been told not to shoot the first Bull I see. Thanks,
