@Addicting inspired me yesterday to put some smoke to our wild turkey thighs. Pulled last year's birds out of the freezer and added them to the mix. Rubbed with chili lime and bbq seasoning made for good smells while getting the lawn cut. Should add a little extra to Hank Shaw's already...

The kids liked the Jenny Lake boat trip/hiking and the gondola ride at Teton Village. I much preferred the ID side vs Jackson Hole. We stayed in Driggs and would do it again. Lots of great hikes in the area.
If you find yourself hungry in Driggs, the chimichanga at the Royal Wolf was life...
Looks just like my old man's setup, except his has a split door so you can add sawdust to the cast iron on the turkey cooker without letting the heat out of the cabinet. Great way to go!
Gotta mix it up a bit for sure. We did 100# one year and I'd been quick freezing them before vac packing....which got real old real fast. Dad and I both said, "screw this, let's just bulk pack some." I can honestly say we ate too many brats that year! Our kids were little and didnt eat much...

You can also skip the casings entirely and cook em as patties like a burger. Doesnt have the same snap of a natural casing, but you get more smoke flavor if using charcoal or a pellet pooper.
