Another bino you may want to look at in that same price range is Meopta Meo-Star, I just got a pair of 10 x 50's and they are fantastic. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the three, only a matter of what fits your eyes the best.

These are deer that live near / around my neighborhood. It's pretty neat to see them mature and grow w/ any hunting pressure. These deer don't have any supplimental feeding, only whats on the ground and some occasional corn for a photo-op :)
Just curious as to if anyone sees elk that are still in velvet those first 10 days of September? I've never hunted this early and wondering what the chances are... in New Mexico that is.
