colstrip mule deer hunt

just curios about the access around the colstrip/miles city areas and what to expect weather wise in mid november. also what would be the best time to be there? does anyone know when the peak rut is in that area? what would be the average buck score in the area? any advice will be greatly...

i've heard alot about colstrip when it comes to mule deer hunting, and i was wondering if there is easy access to public land, and what is the best time to plan a few days to go down? should i expect to be shooting long distances?
