I'm ok with road hunters. That just means the idiots stay on the road and not out in the hills shooting at movement. Better for me anyways. It is annoying though when you get stuck behind them and they wont move or let you pass because they are worried your going to shoot their road buck.
Had a great opening day here in Idaho. Got my first pronghorn a couple hours after sun up. It was a even better to have my son out with me. Was going to hold out for a bigger one but he never showed up, so with my little hunting buddy's pressure to shoot I put down this guy. Extremely happy...
First year hunting in Idaho and had some wolves move in to the area I'm elk hunting. My question is how long before the elk move back in they seemed to have completely disappeared. Or do I just cut my losses from scouting and try a new area?
