Montana pheasant?
Forgot to say, that Region 7 which Glendive is in usually has plenty of non res white tail doe tags. You will need to have your bowhunting safety class certificate to get an archery license.- huntfx4

Montana pheasant?
I was in Glendive for deer and pheasant last year. The numbers were good then and the winter was mild. I don't know about the spring for the hatch, but i suspect you will find a good number of pheasants. I'm headed back there this year after i get back from Iraq. Let me know what you find...- huntfx4

Found an old buffalo skull in my home area in eastern MT, half buried. My mom still has it in her flower garden 24 years later. -

Ling from Newlan creek Reservoir.
They are better eating than the ocean lingcod. Used to catch them in the Yellowstone near Terry close to where I grew up. Had an uncle who thought it was a snake first time he caught one. It wrapped around his arm and scared hell out of him.- huntfx4
