Choke Tube problem

http://img28.photobucket.com/albums/v85/davidhamenstafer/DSC01192.jpg This is the choke tube i tried this year and the instructions said it would cut down on recoil. Well it did that but the shot was so bad that the shot colomb went only 15yds.and the shot didn't reach out to 25yds the bird...
