    12 gauge sabot for black bear

    I have seen many bears taken with 12 ga slugs.I think it is an excellent bear weapon at close range.I had a hunter shoot a nice bear a couple weeks ago,using a 12 ga slug.Shot it at 20 yards,one shot kill.

    we shoot our coyotes in front of hounds.They are usually moving right along.I think that a 3 inch or 3.5 inch load of #4 buckshot is the ultimate load for this hunting.Big pellets and plenty of them !!
