Kids, elk, and the 7mmO8?
Looking for some opinions on the 7-08 for my kids. My daughter is 14 and my son is 12. Jazmin is an athletic 5'8" and Brock is a skinny 5'. My plan is to get them a each a rifle for the fall but I would like to get both rifles in the same caliber. I have never owned or even shot a 7-08 but... -

New from Oregon
Hi all just found this amazing fourm through Randy's podcast. I live in Pilot Rock Oregon, grew up in Portland but I'm just not cut out for the city life. As long as I can remember I have been hunting the public land in Eastern OR with my dad and brother. Love to hunt Mule deer but it always...- usmc1371
