custer national forest - ashland district
I went on a little scouting mission opening weekend down in the forest and spent 4 days hiking and getting familiar with the backcountry. New Mexico Barbary Sheep
I drew a NM Barbary sheep tag and Im planning on doing a DIY public land hunt. If anyone has done this and would be willing to share some info on areas to concentrate on or even the best units to concentrate on I would appreciate it:D I drew the BBY-100 tag and it is good for units 29, 31-34...- ND taxidermist

NM Barbary Sheep
I was fortunate enough to draw a license for barbary sheep in NM for the 2011 season and was curious if anyone would be willing to share any info on hunting areas or units to concentrate my effort in. My tag is good for Units 29,31,32,33,34,36,and 37. Any tips or info would be appreciated.- ND taxidermist
