Went camping at Gates of the Mtns on the MO river with my wife and daughter. Slept under the stars and the northern lights were better than any fireworks! Beautiful area.🇺🇸- Mule Kick

Glad you’re ok man! I grew up in GC. Live in Garrison now. There’s been a ton of roadkill in that stretch the last few weeks including a deer my wife hit with my new truck 2 days after I bought it 😩 minimal damage thankfully!- Mule Kick

Lol airline boarding just makes no sense! What’s so great about being in group 1 and getting to board early? So you get to sit on a hot stuffy plane for longer and watch 100 stinky humans shuffle past you? Yep take it to a shop. We can easily judge from afar but it will be better to have it looked at in person by a pro. It’s their job after all! Good luck -

Looking for MT 203 Honey Holes
Haha I’m wondering if they even gave out any adult tags for 203? I’ve gotten several PM questions as well, all for youth hunters. I’m telling everyone about the same things- it’s not hard to find deer in this unit, just might be hard to find anything over 160”.. -

Was sprinkling when we got to the boat ramp so Mom took a nap while we fished from the dock for a bit. She reeled in her first fish by herself! (Yes there’s a fish there if you look close :) Proud dad moment.- Mule Kick

Gear Upgrades
There are a lot of good options out there anymore! I had the OG Kuiu for a long time. Loved it other than the way the binos had to be attached all the time.. Got a Marsupial a year ago and used it last summer/ fall. I didn’t love it TBH. Just a few minor things- the material is a bit louder than... -
Montana Moose
I had a moose tag last year and like others said I had the most action the last week of September and the rut was still going strong til Oct 9th when I killed my bull. Don’t have any experience with your unit. Congrats on the tag and keep us posted!- Mule Kick

Poll: How many OIL tags have you Drawn in the Last 20 years of Applying
2025 MT moose and sheep! The odds of that happening in the same year are basically impossible.. Only had 14 points. Honorable mention is a 2017 MT deer tag that I think had about 2% odds back then— worse now.- Mule Kick
