    I have a 140$ burris on my 223. That gun definitely gets jarred the most as it stays in my truck all the time and ive done a lot of coyote hunting with it. No issues w it yet.

My buddy also uses meopta meostars. 3 times that day he spotted a shed at longer distances,(800 yds or so) and despite explaining exactly where the shed was, i couldnt see it.     Best jerky ive ever made. Bear. 5 lbs meat. 1 cup worcestershire 3 cups soy 1 cup brown sugar Seasoning of your choice. I did cajun. Smoked then i covered it in the oven w foil for an hour at 200 just in case.

    What's on the smoker today?

    Long time no post fellas. Trying non “jerky kit” jerky. I have 54 lbs to smoke. Meat slicer was freaking awesome. Please feel free to shoot me some recipes. I’m very skeptical about this batch which is mainly 50/50 soy sauce and Worcestershire. Worcestershire seems to have taken over by the smell.
