What are your highly educated opinions on tech in hunting?
Animals won't cease to exist, but long seasons and drawing tags more often absolutely will. Trying to control technology beyond the individual is really tough, in particular in a heavily Capitalistic society like ours. Couple things: 1. This is an exercise in ridiculous, I wouldn't put my name in the hat. I know how and where I'm most effective. Leading an NGO is not it. If you're putting pressure on yourself over a tag, IMO, you're doing it wrong. I hunt for 180 degrees the opposite reason for stress and pressure. I do agree that it's ridiculous to feel pressure on a hunt, that's just dumb. -

Not what I've been told directly in a face to face meeting with the BLM. I was told you can land anywhere there isn't resource damage as long as you show them where you want to land and they can verify that no damage will occur. MT Breaks elk pictures let’s see em
I didn't draw in my 30's and I don't know how many people were applying in their 60's for breaks tags in 2011 or 2014. My Dad drew in his 70's, my younger brother drew it twice, once in his late 40's, once in his early 50's. Can't know how many hunters in their 60's applied in any of those... -

Can't say I never drew in my 30's when I was a resident. I drew the first breaks rifle bull tag in 2011, drew the second one in 2014, both NR obviously. I skipped buying an elk tag in either 2012 or 2013, cant remember for sure. -

Kaibab Plateau Early Rifle Hunt
Exactly, and add that to the list of the reasons why I hunt and fish with very few people. Also a reason I would never be a guide, morality and ethics are pretty rare in the hunting/fishing world these days. Sad reality I guess. -

Antelope comeback?
About the same as NR, maybe a couple bucks cheaper, its an insult to the value the state places on the life of a doe pronghorn. Cheap enough my wife and I apply for 4 of them to pitch them in the garbage.
