I’ve been in the claims business for almost 30 years. Check with your claim rep for companies that do restoration work on art and other collectibles. You would be surprised what can be restored. Camp Showers
Same thing here. I replaced the spray nozzle with a nozzle like you use at a kitchen sink. I’ve seen some rechargeable submersible pumps with a spray nozzle on Amazon recently. Drop em in a warm bucket and ready for a shower. May try one of these this year.- CUElk

You probably hit high on the shoulder. I did the exact same thing about 5 years ago. Above the spine, no bone damage, just muscle. Good news, buck lived. Had a nice scar. We got pics of him for 2 years until he vanished. -

Whats your shower setup?
We truck camp for the most part. Changed the nozzle on a 2 gallon yard sprayer to one that you would use on a kitchen sink. Just heat up some water and put in the tank, pump it up, ready for a shower. -

Did you shoot your first deer with open sights?
Probably my first 5 or 6 were with open sights. First 2 with a Remington 870, slug. Then graduated to a lever action marlin 30-30. Great memories- CUElk
